Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

CBT is based on the idea that how we think (cognition), how we feel (emotion), and how we act (behaviour) all interact together.  Specifically, our thoughts determine our feelings and our behavior.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy. It believes the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing.  Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. In IFS all parts are welcome.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy

This mode of therapy helps address current life challenges using positive psychology and focus is placed on the abilities YOU have (but maybe you did not know existed). This therapy can occur from one to ten sessions.
