Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy. It believes the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. In IFS all parts are welcome.

EMDR
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy
This mode of therapy helps address current life challenges using positive psychology and focus is placed on the abilities YOU have (but maybe you did not know existed). This therapy can occur from one to ten sessions.
Trauma-Informed Yoga
This is a form of yoga designed to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for individuals who have experienced trauma, whether it be physical, emotional, or psychological. The approach is rooted in an understanding of trauma’s impact on the body and mind and offers practices to promote healing, self-regulation, and empowerment. It involves the integration of mindfulness and somatic (body-centred) practices, and it prioritizes creating a sense of safety, choice, and control for participants.
